Personal Injury Lawyer

Nidhi is an internationally trained lawyer who was called to the Bar in Ontario in May 2021. She has expertise in legal research, identifying the case issues and meeting the clients’ expectations, by rendering cost-effective, practical, and innovative solutions to their problems. Nidhi did her Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LLB. Hons.) in June 2010 from the School of Legal Studies, Guru Nanak Dev University, India, and a Master of Laws (LLM Hons.) (Specialization in Public International Law) in July 2013 from the Department of Laws, Guru Nanak Dev University, India.

Nidhi was enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana in March 2011, and started practicing as an Advocate in District Courts, Amritsar. She dealt with cases related to family law, service law, land law, arbitration law, consumer matters, industrial and labor matters. Thereafter, in the year 2014, she joined as a Law Researcher/Judicial Clerk in Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. She is also working as Freelance Writer for LexisNexis Canada Inc.

In Ontario, Nidhi is a personal injury lawyer. She believes in assisting clients who had suffered injuries and helps in bringing justice to their doorsteps. Nidhi is a young lawyer with a robust focus on providing effective solutions using an approach that takes advantage of her mutiple skill sets. She is committed to maintaining high standards of excellence in legal services and extends those standards in a spirit of absolute faith and integrity.

Nidhi enjoys outdoor activities and is keen to learn new skills. She likes nature and enjoys exploring new places. She likes to stay fit and starts her day with yoga, meditation and exercise. She speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi.
