Litigation Counsel

Prior to attending law school, Mark completed a Master of Arts degree at Brock University in 2006, and an undergraduate degree at Guelph University in 2005.  Mark attended law school at Queen’s University, graduating in 2011.  He completed his articles at a litigation boutique firm, specializing in personal injury litigation.  Since being called to the bar in 2012, Mark has continued to work in the area of personal injury litigation.

Mark has over a decade of experience advocating on behalf of injured parties, to fight for the compensation they deserve.  He has represented multiple clients as lead counsel at trial, before the Superior Court of Justice.  When appropriate, Mark has commenced the appeal process before the Ontario Court of Appeal.  He has also appeared for several Hearings before the Licence Appeal Tribunal, regarding Accident Benefits disputes, including multiple disputes involving catastrophic impairment.

Mark is also an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyer’s Association, where he writes case summaries to be circulated amongst members of the organization.gation process for personal injury claims.  He has developed a passion for helping injured and vulnerable clients seek just compensation from insurance companies.  Mark has also represented dozens of clients at the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and he has attended for multiple in-person Hearings.  Mark has also attended before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice hundreds of times, primarily to appear in motions court.

Mark’s current practice is focused on personal injury advocacy, and he is an active member of the Advocates’ Society.
