Issue
[1] The issue under appeal is whether the Appellant continues to be a person with a disability. The Appellant did not appear for her hearing but her counsel was present. Her counsel indicated that he had been in contact with the Appellant and had been expecting her to show for her hearing. His office had some indication yesterday that the Appellant had suffered some injury over the weekend and he speculated that her non-attendance might be related to that.
[2] I am satisfied that the Appellant’s intention is to continue with this appeal and I am therefore granting an adjournment in these circumstances. Counsel has asked for a 3 months adjournment and I find that reasonable.

[3] A hearing should be scheduled to a date after 3 months. The hearing can be heard by any Tribunal Member.
